Return & Exchange Policy
At Ammar Mobile & Computer, we are committed to providing the highest level of service to our customers. Please note that all sales are final, and products cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase except in the following cases:
- The product has a manufacturing defect upon receipt or from the first use.
- The defect is reported on the same day of purchase or delivery.
- The product is returned in its original condition, including all accessories, original packaging, and proof of purchase.
All exchange requests are subject to technical inspection to verify the manufacturing defect. If the defect is confirmed, the product will be exchanged for an identical item, subject to stock availability.
This policy does not cover damages or malfunctions resulting from misuse, accidents, drops, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling.
After the exchange period has expired, any defects or malfunctions will be handled according to the product's applicable warranty terms and conditions.
This policy does not affect any consumer rights granted under the applicable laws and regulations of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
